Is anyone staying up for the royal wedding tonight?
I was in London when the engagement was announced (I have souvenir newspapers) so I feel like I'm a part of the whole thing, and need to fly to England to go to the ceremony at Westminster. But since I need to hang around here for finals week (and my last college class!), I'm going to stay up until 3 or whatever crazy hour the time difference makes, and watch the royal couple get hitched.
So. Excited.

ReplyDeleteYes! I was in London a couple weeks ago and saw some of the preparations around the city. My mom and I are pulling an all-nighter to watch it (hopefully that is, I might be too tired to stay up!).
ReplyDeleteHaha, I'm the one looking around cluelessly going "Wait, when's this wedding supposed to be? This summer sometime?" Oops. I need to pay more attention. In any event, will probably sleep through it, but will take a gander at her dress tomorrow. :)
ReplyDeletelol my English teacher thinks I'm a dork, but my mom and some friends are staying up...we're even going to have tea and scones and cucumber sandwiches (the scones and sandwiches were my mom's idea) hehe yay over-the-top nerds!
